Summary: I discussed about dark matter its presence in the outer Milky Way. Dark matter detection in milky way by CMS and ATLAS. Dark matter is incorporated mass of matter it is not bright and non-absorbing, difficult to observe because its invisible to electro-magnetic radiation. In nature dark matter is almost the total mass of the Universe, from the gravitational effects it can be inferred. It has influence on universe at a large scale and it has effects on the cosmic microwave back ground. I reviewed the experimental and theoretical presence of Di-photon in Dark matter. A resonance with an invariable mass spectrum at 750 GeV is observed at the CMS. I studied the Di-photon excess at CMS and ATLAS with local significance. At the end Conclusion has been made on this experimental and theoretical result.
