Summary: Hierarchical nanostructures (HS) have received attention due to significant performance in catalysis, electronic devices, energy storage and conversion. In this research we have synthesized hierarchical nanospheres of zinc vanadium oxide synthesized by facile and template free method. It is a great challenge to synthesis ZnV2O4 at low temperature due to various oxidation states of vanadium. We present study of fabrication and characterization of zinc vanadium oxide. The material was chosen due to its various applications such application photoctalysis, electronic devices, Hydrogen storage etc. The X-ray diffraction and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used for characterization of the obtained product. These studies provide a reaction pathway for the synthesis of zinc vanadium oxide for various energy storage and optoelectronics applications
