Summary: 2020-2021 Choudhary Mohammad Sarwar, Chancellor Summarized that Education is a fundamental human right that all individuals are entitled to enjoy irrespective of their caste, creed, gender and religion. The high literacy rate of Sialkot city is a testament to the fact that education system in this region is based on strong foundations. GC Women University is expected not only to bring improvement in women's education but also to enable them to join the workforce effectively. The Vice Chancellor, Faculty, Administration and staff of the university are urged to maintain the highest standards of professionalism in educational activities and academic practices. 2021-2022 Muhammad Balig Ur Rehman as a Chancellor's expresses his views that it gives immense pleasure to know that the GCWU, Sialkot is publishing its annual report for the year 2021-22. Education is a fundamental human right and all individuals are entitled to enjoy it irrespective of their caste, creed, gender and religion. No one can deny the positivity and benefits which are brought to society through education. Raja Yasir Humayun, Minister of Higher Education Punjab and Pro-Chancellor gave views that GC Women University, Sialkot has a long history dating back to 1951, when it was up-graded to a college Gandha Singh High School and subsequently up-graded to a university in 2013. I believe that the students of Govt. College Women University Sialkot are blessed because they avail the opportunity of getting education as such reversed and prestigious University of the country. Prof. Dr. Rukhsana Kausar, Vice Chancellor provide details that GC Women University, Sialkot is a prime partaker in imparting education to women in Sialkot. This University is fortunate to have a highly qualified faculty with excellent communication and presentation skills, enthused with a spirit to impart quality education, research skills and a sense of civic responsibility among students. Our challenge for the future is to establish ourselves among the nation's leading universities through academic excellence and quality research output.
