Article 218(3) of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan mandates the Election Commission of Pakistan to organize and conduct elections and to make necessary arrangements to ensure that the elections are conducted honestly, justly, fairly and in accordance with law and that the corrupt practices are guarded against article 219 charges the election commission, inter alia, with the duty of organizing and conducting elections to the senate and to fill the Casual vacancies in a house or Provincial Assemblies and holding general Elections to the Assemblies.

On behalf of the Election Commission of Pakistan, we are pleased to share with you "A Pictorial Journey of Special Initiatives" taken at ECP during 2020-2021. As a Commission, we are mindful of our constitutional commitments to conduct free, fair and transparent elections.
