This study contains synthesis, characterization and bio-screening 2,4,5-trisubstituted Imidazole is achieved by three component cyclocondensation of 1,2-dicarbonyl compounds, aldehyde and ammonium acetate and ammonia as catalyst in the presence of acetic acid. Structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR and EIMS. All prepared compounds were screened for anti-microbial activity and they showed influential results such as 2-(2,5-dimethoxy phenyl)-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazole, 2-(2,4-dimethoxy phenyl)-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazole,2,5-diphenyl-2-(2,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)1H imidazole, 2,5-diphenyl-2-(3,4,5-tri methoxyphenyl)1H-imidazoles.
