Summary, etc In this thesis, we study theoretical superconducting properties of layered YBCO thin films. The numerical examination effectively led to portray layered YBCO thin films and its properties of electrical transport by utilizing model of flux motion in state of thermal activation. The initial segment of our exploration is a far reaching hypothetical investigation of various parameters which are influencing YBCO layered thin films and removal related to properties of transport and on the assortment of variables influencing layered YBCO thin films. By keeping in mind, the temperature limits and magnetic fields, its physical properties are self-reliably and quantitatively portrayed in the form of a model of flux motion in state of thermal activation. The greater the resistivity at lesser values of field and small values of temperature additionally rely on contact strength among the layer and probes. I-V specifications are specifically identified with the energy of activation and we have gotten the temperature reliance. Also, the outcomes delineated that the transport happen unequivocally relying on quality of field, film‘s thickness and field‘s positioning. The demonstration in the modeling of current indicates that crawl of thermal flux present at the initial values of temperature as showed from field subordinate hypothetical resistivity and current temperature. The research discoveries are essential hypothetical ramifications especially transport of electron in ―layered YBCO thin film.
